I hear it all the time.  Someone asks a question on a forum, blog, or question site like "How do I improve my credit score" or "How do I remove bad credit".  Without fail you will see some "financial expert" saying "You can't remove bad credit off your credit report" or "There is nothing you can do to improve your credit score, it just takes time."

I'm posting any new interesting and funny news on my front page.  I just put up the Saturday Night Live skit with Steve Martin about how to get out of debt.  Very funny and true, people don't know how to save up for things.  We have become a please me now society.  Right on point with that video.

So I'm not really sure where this site and this blog is going, but Credit Jerk is here.  I am a typical American.  I've had my fair share of financial problems, including credit card debt, hospital bills, and bills I forgot about, oops.  Sometimes I forgot, sometimes I just didn't have any money.  Like most people I don't like to work, that can be a problem when you need money.  I get by though.  I work enough and try to find something I enjoy doing to get the bills paid, so I can enjoy life....
