Need Higher Credit Score To Qualify

With the housing market slump and bubble bursting, it has become more important than ever to have a high credit score.  Lenders don't want to get caught with anymore foreclosed homes and can't afford it.  So they are watching who they lend to.

Why Trust The CreditJerk?

So with a lot of advice and Q&A sites out there, how do you know you can trust the source?  Most of the time like on yahoo answers you have a bunch of random people giving you advice or spamming you with their agenda.  Sometimes when looking for answers, I would have to scour forums and blogs to find what I'm looking, then test it to make sure it is correct.

Everything I have put on my site has sources and info to back it up.  So not just me (credit expert to toot my own horn) but a slew of ex...

I'm Not A Jerk - Credit Jerk That Is

I've had some questions on the name of my site - creditjerk.com.  To be honest, I'm not sure about it either.  I'm not a hater or someone I consider to be a jerk.  But some people might say I'm a cynic or that I don't sugarcoat things.

I take things how they are with no bs and I hope to get the same back.  Kind of the point of the site, no more lies, no more myths, just stone cold hard facts.  No curve balls, just trying to tell it like it is.
